Arsonsisi and Francehopital: when quality and innovation make the difference

The encounter between two companies that achieved remarkable success by leveraging their tradition and experience, while constantly pursuing quality and innovation.

Arsonsisi has always proven particularly attentive to new technologies, applying them to its products, services and strategies. In 1972, it was one of the first companies to invest in powder coatings, understanding the potential of a low-impact technology. In recent years, it strengthened its position in Europe through a number of major acquisitions and the reorganisation of its production processes.

Arsonsisi’s mission is to provide the industry with global solutions covering the entire painting process for all types of industrial coatings, ensuring unique colours and aesthetically pleasing results, but also – and most importantly – the highest level of performance.

PRECISO. Francehopital’s latest creation is called Preciso, a clear example of innovation combining the ultimate expression of creativity and functionality.

With offices in France and Italy, Francehopital has been dealing with hospital logistics for over 60 years. The company specialises in the design and manufacture of medical and ward trolleys, combining creativity and technical research to develop each of its products. Francehopital operates worldwide through a global network of contacts and distributors.

Its head office is in Erstein (near Strasbourg), France, while sales offices are in Lana-Bolzano, Italy, along with technical and R&D departments.

Francehopital products stand out for their original shapes and colours and great user-friendliness, as well as their outstanding quality and high levels of safety and hygiene. And it is precisely in this respect that Arsonsisi’s IONatura powder coatings proved to enhance their performance: in addition to offering top-quality surface coatings featuring advanced technology, they help counter the proliferation of bacteria and keep surfaces sanitised.

IONatura coatings are certified according to tests performed by qualified biological laboratories, following the method described in Japanese Industrial Standard JIS Z 2801:2000. Tests have demonstrated that these coatings can reduce the concentration of bacteria on treated surfaces by 99.9%, while preserving all the chemical, mechanical and physical properties of a standard powder paints.

IONatura powder coatings are applied in Sovico (Monza-Brianza) at the premises of Mobilferro, a company specialising in sheet metal processing.

Their formulas adopt cutting edge technologies, which rely on the broad-spectrum properties of silver ions encapsulated in micro-inert particles to provide active protection against bacteria, viruses, moulds, algae and fungi.

The natural moisture of coated surfaces causes a slow and steady release of Ag+ silver ions, which keep the area sanitised. The bacteriostatic action of these coatings remains unchanged for a long time and is not affected by normal cleaning operations, making the ideal solution for Francehopital ward trolleys, which are subject to continuous bacterial contamination because of their use in hospitals.

In particular, Arsonsisi’s bacteriostatic paints are applied to the steel structures and drawers of Francehopital ward trolleys in the Persocarcolor, Persolife and Colorlight lines.
