In how many ways can the love for beauty and colour be expressed? Arsonsisi does it through a line of state-of-the-art UV curing coatings, thanks also to the experience and know-how of Tecnocolor, a specialized company that became part of our group in 2015.
Arsonsisi UVcolor range includes 100% dry residue, solvent and water coatings and meets the most varied requirements in industrial coating, in particular those of the packaging sector for cosmetics, body care and perfumery.
Items in thermoplastic and thermosetting materials, metallic materials and special surfaces such as ceramics and glass are painted with UV coatings.
The UV coatings developed and produced by Arsonsisi are suitable for various types of modern applications, such as metallization in high vacuum, PVD/Sputtering and the “Dual Cure” system for hybrid UV coatings with Heat – UV mixed crosslinking, suitable above all in coating complex three-dimensional objects.
In the new catalogue of UV coatings, Arsonsisi shows the characteristics of these products and different application possibilities, explaining the advantages UV technology offers in terms of improved production efficiency, performance, quality and aesthetic result, as well as reduced environmental impact thanks to the fact that cycles with low or no Volatile Organic Compound (VOCs) content (100% dry residue) can be used.
